Growth Systems / Tours

Your direct bookings, grown by one team that answers for the number.

Liftola Tours builds your website, runs your Google Ads, tests every page and publishes content that ranks on Google and in AI answers. You keep running the tours. Every week you get one number: bookings through your own site.

What you get

Everything between a search and a booking, handled.

A website built to book

Website design and build: a site on your own domain, built by us, and it stays with you. Every tour page written to sell and to rank. Existing URLs preserved so nothing earned in search is lost.

Google Ads that buy bookings

Google Ads management: campaigns for your tours and your destination, run in your own account, which you pay directly and can read at any time. Bids learn from confirmed bookings because we send each one back to Google Ads as a conversion.

Pages that keep getting better

Page testing: whole-page challengers against the current page, decided at the edge with no flicker, judged on bookings and revenue. Testing runs from the day the site goes live, not later.

Found on Google and in AI answers

Search engine optimization: tour pages and articles built to earn rankings in Google and citations in AI answer engines. Every piece is checked against your facts and approved by a person before it publishes.

Tracking Google and Meta can trust

Booking attribution: we fix the common tracking issues that keep GA4 and the ad platforms from seeing your bookings, then send each confirmed booking back to Google Ads so it optimizes on what actually sold.

No inquiry lost

Lead and customer systems: inquiries, contact forms and customer records kept in one place, with nothing lost between the site and your inbox.

The number

Direct online bookings. Nothing else counts.

We answer for the bookings that come through your own website. That is the one number on every report, and it is the number the engagement is judged on. Marketplace and OTA bookings are not in it, and we do not take credit for them.

Because our software matches each booking to the click that produced it, the number is measured. We do not model it, estimate it, or borrow it from a platform dashboard.

What it costs

From $3,000 a month, plus a share of the bookings we produce.

A one-time launch fee covers the build. After that the monthly fee is the greater of $3,000 or a share of your direct online bookings, so we are paid when you are. Ad spend is yours, in your account, and we take no percentage of it. The share and the launch fee are in the proposal, once we have seen your numbers.

We work with operators doing at least $500,000 a year in online bookings. Below that, the fee is a bigger share of your revenue than we think is fair, and a marketplace is honestly the better deal.

We do not take your competitor

Your keywords in your market are yours.

When you sign, the search terms we bid and rank on for you, in your market, are off the table for any other managed client, for the length of the engagement and six months after. Paid search demand in a market is finite, and we will not sell the same demand twice.

Three things this does not cover, said plainly: our software is available to any operator, the travel sites we operate list every operator in a market, and the founder's own boats hold their sets. The managed service is what is exclusive.

Who it is for

  • Tour operators taking bookings online, doing at least $500,000 a year.
  • Operators who want more of their bookings to be direct, and fewer to come with a marketplace commission attached.
  • Owners who would rather run the tours than the marketing, and who want one team to answer for the result.

Who it is not for

  • Anyone who wants only the ads, or only the site. We do not sell slices, because a slice cannot be measured on its own.
  • Operators who want to keep marketing in-house and buy software. For that there are our tools, starting with Liftola Rank.

What happens after you apply

Five steps, in order.

  1. Step 1

    You apply

The form at the bottom of this page. Five minutes.

  2. Step 2

    We review

Your site, your ad account, your booking history and your search presence. We tell you plainly whether we are a fit.

  3. Step 3

    You get a proposal

Scope, the number we answer for, what stays yours, and the price. Nothing starts until you have read it.

  4. Step 4

    We build

A rebuild on your existing URLs with tracking wired in and the first tests ready, live with testing running from day one.

  5. Step 5

    You get the number

Every week: bookings through your own site. Then we keep moving it.

What stays yours

Your domain, your website, your Google Ads account and its history, your customer data, your booking history and your booking system. All of it lives in accounts you control, and you can take every piece with you at any time.

If we part ways, the site and your ad accounts stay with you, and the site keeps running. What leaves with us is the engine behind it: content generation, attribution, testing and the lead systems.

For six months after an engagement ends, the share continues on the direct bookings the site keeps producing, and any booking made during the engagement is billed when the tour runs, even if that is after the end. That is the same six months we hold your keywords for.

What we do not control

The crew, the boat, the weather and the reviews they earn. We own demand and conversion, not the experience on the water, and a run of bad reviews takes any funnel down with it. We name that boundary at the first conversation.

Where this sits

Tours is the growth system we have already built.

Liftola builds growth systems: the acquisition, the site, the content, the measurement and the experimentation, owned as one thing by one team. Tours is the version built specifically for tour and activity operators, which is why it starts on day one instead of after a discovery phase.

For a business outside a vertical we have already productized, the same work happens as a Custom Growth System. The software behind both is available on its own: Rank and attribution.
